About This Design

When I think of “uninterrupted power” the 1st thing that comes to mind is the infinity symbol. The infinity symbol is a mathematical symbol representing the concept of infinity. I decided to use this symbol to represent the element of uninterrupted power 24/7 offered by Electrocom and to also have a strong iconic brand that people can relate to without thinking too much. The thought of uninterrupted power in this day and age where we have a serious challenge of loadshedding is quite an attraction so I wanted my logo to stand out. The use of black as my background colour allows for the yellow and white to pop and stand out which is what light does in darkness. Every brand deserves a chance to be known and remembered, in order to achieve that it has to be striking to the eye and visually attractive at first glance. I decided to go the simplistic route with all my designs so as to ensure the message stands out more about what Electrocom specialises in and stands for.
