This brand took an instant calling to me. As soon as I had read the brief, I was instantly hit with many ideas for the brand. I hopped onto illustrator and started sifting through several ideas before I decided on this one. Once the final logo was chosen, I was on the hunt for a colour palette. I wanted a colour scheme which would compliment the design, the chosen colours symbolize the electric flow in a lightbulb. From there everything came together; the design, the poster and the van. However, the shirt was a bit of a struggle as I had a few ideas that did not look great... Eventually I found a pattern on circuits and experimented with it until I designed the pattern you see on the shirt. I have learnt a lot throughout the process and as a designer I've realised that I want my work to have greater symbolic meanings.
